How hard is it to keep up with the game, really? Is the soul-eating literal?

It was for me, but I was attempting to admin single-handedly for a bit. That'll do it, no question. As it is, it only has to take as much of your time as you want it to, although you do need to at least show up for your classes. They're not done in realtime, however, so you have some wiggle room.
