The phones are being pretty quiet today.... shhhhh! don't tell anyone!
I made a Funfetti cake with chocolate frosting last night to bring in to work today. Our new worker, Vicky, started this morning. She had done some of her student practicum work on our team last year, and has finally graduated. I think she'll work out well.
Plus, mmmm - cake!
Our last birthday celebration was mid-April, and we don't have any more until nearly the end of July, so we've been overdue for cake, if you know what I mean. But then, we have a plethora of birthdays all close together - July 28, August 8, August 15, and September 1st! Phew!
Two more hours before I can escape this joint! Kthxbye.
