Fun and Games at Work

So at our monthly staff meeting this morning, after BossLady had gone over all the actual business, we had a fun little project to complete.

Everyone got a half-sheet of paper in the color of their choice, and were told to put their name at the top, followed by ellipsis. Then, we were to pass the page around to our co-worker on the left, who would write something positive on it about us. The papers continued on around the table until we each got our own back. BossLady then produced some patterned scrapbook papers (quite a variety) for us to use as a backer for the solid paper that had been written on, and a glue stick to mount it with, so we could display it in our offices. Pretty nifty idea!

This is what came back on my sheet of paper:

Laura ♥ ...
* is very creative.
* is awesome for all she does for the team.
* is the best problem solver.
* is very talented.
* is helpful in all areas of life.
* has the soul of a poet and the professionalism of a professor.
* Laura saves my day over and over and is always helpful!

Yay positivity! =)

personal, work
