still sick, bleh
havn't updated LJ for a while... should write SOMETHING to get the "waaaah i'm sick" off the top.
i'm still sick, flu, but it's just a slight headache in the mornings now - that and asthma (coz of coldish weather). uhhh, oh also i was getting psycho-bad heartburn, but learned a bunch about it off the net and now know to (try to) handle it with diet.
few days ago my lower legs were itching like insect bites or some rash, enough to give me pause to thought that it could be opiate withdrawl from the Codine (that was with the heavy Paracetamol pain pills). but i'm informed that that can also be caused by dehydration, stupid body doesn't know wtf anyway. oh and the headaches were also linked with my neck.
it has been kinda funny how everything jumps on board at once:
Effexor withdrawl - dizziness, nausea, headache, personality changes (heightened aggression, lowered patience & mental focus), insulin resistance
Flu - headache, asthma, raised blood sugars
Other - neck problems, heartburn, pruritus in lower legs
oh well, still sick.
annoying coz the Cell stuff has been on hold for weeks coz i can't concentrate.
