forever in a lifetime
i dream a thousand different futures
see a thousand different paths i could take that forever branch out into a million different ways
some are darkened with many hardships and some end abruptly
none, however, seem to be mine
i cant see myself traveling down any of them
how am i to know where to go when i dont even know who i am?
certainly, if i knew who i was, then i could decide what was best for me
