Over winter is my personal preference, which is when I usually sit on my butt a lot anyway :>

I liked that it made me challenge myself to do something different, such as writing a long story. On the downside, I stress far too much over projects like these (which isn't your fault, just a personal anxiety issue).

Can't think of anything, to be honest. It was well organized.

My possible reluctance to join up next year doesn't have anything to do with you guys -- it's just that I don't generally write long fics. But I'll think about potential ideas and see if there's anything for the next time you organize a bang :)

Good luck and have fun with that, lia! It's actually not uncommon for participants to already have a story before participating in a Bang. I've known people who have had their long fics dusting away in their folders and then bringing it back up for Big Bangs with a bit of polish, or even those who start writing even before sign ups end!
