If you are still on dial-up, and live in one of the 22 states with AT&T/Bellsouth coverage,  the FCC gave you a gift. As part of the merger plan, AT&T was required to offer a low cost DSL plan.  If you currently have no DSL with AT&T, you can get a DSL plan for 10$/month!!
