*frustrated*

A few months ago i went down to Social Security and changed my name and got my new card in the mail a few weeks later. When I applied for a job a few weeks ago couldn't not find my new SSC! lucky i had an extra copy of my old card so I used that and I'll order a new SSC down the road (you can only order so many so I want to see if i can find it first) Today I was putting stuff together for another interview and was looking for my marriage licence to show my name change and now thats missing! Thus far no one has had an issue with the name difference but this is a government job so they might be more picky and its good to be prepared. I did set one of my w-2 aside which has my married name and my ss number but, eh this is so frustrating. I have organizational folders to prevent these types of things from happening. i don't want to order a new marriage license (it costs) and I don't have a license with my married name on it (I'm trying to keep my CA license and I can't change my name unless I go in person to the DMV). This is most vexing

edit: I found both in my old purse. I guess I must have had them in there from when Jared and I registered our cars back in December. I was already in the process of clearning that purse out because it was worn out so I didn't do a flat transfer when I finally got my new purse.

I also figure out a good way to get a photo id with my name with out getting my Texas license is to get a new passport. so yeah I need to look into that.
