Just my thoughts and opinions on a few shows.
I'll try to keep it short:
SUPERNATURAL
I don't understand the hate towards Dean. It boggles my mind.
Seriously? He's not alowed to feel lost, and beaten down and just out of hope? Would anyone here say no to Michael? Dean was just doing what he's always done; wanting to sacrifice himself for the people he loves.
After the shit Sam pulled last season, and how it seemed so many were defending his choices, I just can't see what Dean has been doing as something wrong. I'm just baffled. If this were real life wouldn't everybody want Dean to say yes?
I actually feel like Dean's actions and everything that's happened have brought Sam and Dean closer again. And I'm so glad that Sam had faith in Dean, even when Dean had no faith in himself. To me that was a very important step forward for them.
I don't mean to step on anyone's toes with this post, but this is one of those times where I really don't understand the other sides point of view.
I have been really enjoying season 5 this far, I have to admit there was a point in season 4 where I my devotion to the show kind of wavered, but I'm really glad I stuck with it. I am really exicted to see how the rest of the season unfolds.
GLEE
I wasn't very impressed with the return of Glee. I feel like they crammed 2-3 episodes worth of story into one and it just felt forced. I would basically have let Finn dump Rachael a little later in the episode, and then have her meet Jesse once or twice before she thinks it's real love. The reveal that she's dating Jesse could have waited until next episode.
Same goes for the Will/Emma thing, their story could have gone the way it did, but having Will make out with Shelby before he and Emma decided to wait a little would have been better. Now I just feel like Will is a douche, not impressed by that.
Also I would have liked to see more of how Puck and Quinn are dealing with what happened, and I always want Kurt to have more screentime.
I hope the next episode won't feel as rushed, and that they can find their stride again.
SONS OF ANARCHY, ses 2.
I liked the season and the buildup, but I wasn't so impressed by the end of the season. It's probably because I usually hate it when characters dig themselves into a hole so deep I really can't see them getting out again. Also not a fan of baby-napping as a plot device.
HOUSE
Cameron and Chase are idiots.
WHITE COLLAR
Really enjoyed this show, and can't wait for it to come back.
BEING HUMAN
Have been watching this with
laraneia and Ray. We have 3 episodes left, but seem to be kind of stuck there. I'm sure we'll finish, but I'm not in a big rush. I enjoy the show, but I suddenly realized that I stopped caring about what Mitchell is up to, and I'm also loosing interest in George. Still, the last 3 episodes might change all that.
Think that's it for now, real life will hopefully be posted within the next few days... or hours. ;)
