death is in the cards...
my bunny died sometime early yesterday. i buried him yesterday afternoon in the back yard. i want to plant rosemary over his grave. he would have been 7 this year, and i don't know how old bunnies are supposed to get before they're considered old.
he was fine tuesday when i got him fresh water and gave him food. he was hopping around and eating. but then yesterday da came into my room and asked if i had gotten him water that morning. i hadn't because i'd gotten him water the night before and he didn't need fresh water yet. i asked da why, and he replied because the bunny was dead.
on a plus side, i got a new cd tusday night. dimmu borgir's "puritanical euphoric misanthropia". i discovered them by accident when i did a search for savage garden. i was looking for the australian pop band, and they came up in the search because of an album titled "godless savage garden." i had no idea what they were, so i downloaded a couple songs and looked up the band online. so instead of australian "teeny bopper type shit" i got norwegian death metal. or, as their website labels them "melodic black metal." either way, they're fuckinamazing.
and i go from night shifts this week to morning shifts next week!! yay! instead of 10pm-5am, i'm working 6am-2pm monday and tuesday, and then from 4am-1030am. gee, i'm glad i'm me.
