Barely Remembering The Day
► Today has been a long day. That's not to say it's been bad, but it's been long. Last night I couldn't sleep because of my nerves, worrying about my therapy appointment this morning, and bad chest pains from indigestion. The heat and humidity hasn't helped matters either. It wasn't too bad, I suppose, since my anxiety plateaued around 6:00am and was replaced with exhausted calm. I was groggy as could be and dragging my feet, but I managed to get out of the apartment all right.
So the day went well, with a pleasant therapy appointment (I particularly enjoyed the brief discussion about movies, Manhunter, and the excellence of William Petersen), a nice 2 hour visit with my grandmother, and grocery shopping. I finally fell asleep around 4:00pm after feeding Stormy, and slept until around 8:00pm.
All in all it was a decent day and I'm feeling a bit more relaxed about all the recent aggravations. Though I'm still worried about Dean. As always.

Derek: which came out around when MadTV started in which he was one of the original stars... those 2 things are what I knew him for
Matt: I forgot he was in Pulp Fiction, I never watched Mad TV
Matt: I always think of Hermes from Futurama
Derek: when Justice League first started I couldn't take Green Lantern seriously cause I kept saying "haha it's Phil Lamarr!"

► The Key of Awesome! : Call Me Maybe PARODY! - I thought this was oddly cute.
