What Kind of D&D Character Would You Be? - My friend Matt sent me this link after he took the (rather lengthy) questionnaire. I'm underwhelmed and confused by my results.

I Am A: True Neutral Human Bard (3rd Level)

Ability Scores:
Strength-11
Dexterity-13
Constitution-11
Intelligence-14
Wisdom-15
Charisma-12

Alignment:
True Neutral A true neutral character does what seems to be a good idea. He doesn't feel strongly one way or the other when it comes to good vs. evil or law vs. chaos. Most true neutral characters exhibit a lack of conviction or bias rather than a commitment to neutrality. Such a character thinks of good as better than evil after all, he would rather have good neighbors and rulers than evil ones. Still, he's not personally committed to upholding good in any abstract or universal way. Some true neutral characters, on the other hand, commit themselves philosophically to neutrality. They see good, evil, law, and chaos as prejudices and dangerous extremes. They advocate the middle way of neutrality as the best, most balanced road in the long run. True neutral is the best alignment you can be because it means you act naturally, without prejudice or compulsion. However, true neutral can be a dangerous alignment when it represents apathy, indifference, and a lack of conviction.

Race:
Humans are the most adaptable of the common races. Short generations and a penchant for migration and conquest have made them physically diverse as well. Humans are often unorthodox in their dress, sporting unusual hairstyles, fanciful clothes, tattoos, and the like.

Class:
Bards often serve as negotiators, messengers, scouts, and spies. They love to accompany heroes (and villains) to witness heroic (or villainous) deeds firsthand, since a bard who can tell a story from personal experience earns renown among his fellows. A bard casts arcane spells without any advance preparation, much like a sorcerer. Bards also share some specialized skills with rogues, and their knowledge of item lore is nearly unmatched. A high Charisma score allows a bard to cast high-level spells.Matt: Bard with a 12 Charisma
Derek: that low for a Bard?
Matt: You're kinda useless ;-)
Derek: yeah.... I kinda look stupid next to your Intelligence and Charisma ranks
Matt: Int's only 2 lower
Matt: That's only 1 plus different
Derek: I can hardly believe I got True Neutral
Derek: I thought I'd get Chaotic Good at the least
Matt: I don't believe in true neutral
Matt: Wow, 13 Dex
Derek: better than you expected?
Matt: I'm impressed
Derek: I don't know how I got it
Derek: you'd think my hobbled body and nerve damaged hands would lower it
Matt: I'll throw some rocks at you and see how well you dodge
Derek: lol
Derek: I was always good at dodging in dodgeball :-)
Derek: I must have low-balled my answers, another friend just took it and scored higher than me in everything
Matt: :-P
I actually scored 20 in Neutral Good as well as True Neutral, so I'm curious as to why it went with the result it did (I also scored 19 in both Lawful Good and Lawful Neutral).

Hollywood Reporter: 'Community's' Dan Harmon on the Shakeup at the Show: 'I Got Fired' - First the move the show to the Friday night death slot, now they fire the guy who created, writes and oversees the show. Why the hell did NBC bother renewing Community if they so obviously want to destroy it? Instead of ruining the show they should have just let it end.

Lois Lane é uma vaca. - A 6 panel comic strip (drawn by Murphy Anderson of all people) showing a classic Lois Lane stunt finally paying off. Is it curiosity or obsessive persistence that killed the cat? I wonder if this was from an issue of Mad Magazine or an actual DC comic book.

Yahoo Answers: I went to England and they spoke American??? Why is this? - Whoa... My first thought was that this had to be a joke question, but the more I think about it the more it seems distressingly believable.

9gag: The Psychology of Color - This explains why so many hospitals I visited growing up had green walls. But not why they were painted nauseating pea green.

DeviantART: ... If you know what I mean by Universaltiger - **snicker** It's a Skyrim joke, but it can easily fit World of Warcraft or (I imagine) any other MMORPG.

Quote of the Moment

Daniel: What do you guys think happened?
Lieutenant John Martini: One of the players Robbie played with got carried away and killed him.
Daniel: That's kind of far out.
Lieutenant John Martini: Mazes & Monsters is a far-out game. Swords... poison... spells... battles... maiming... killing!
Daniel: Hey, it's all imagination!
Lieutenant John Martini: Is it? I'll be talking to you.
