► Three makes it a trend, right?: The new JLA is A-OK with using lethal force - Sometimes killing the villain is the only way out and a necessary act. The problem is Justice League #3 showing Superman gleefully punching/ripping jaws off of parademons, slicing arms and heads off gratuitously and unnecessarily, and all the while giving pithy James Bond pun comments. It's disturbing, and it's not Superman. Being punchier and more robust is one thing, but using lethal force casually? Stripping Superman of his morality as a half-assed way to make him more popular is just ridiculous. I really hope DC and Geoff Johns of all people aren't walking the character down this path. Superman is not and should not be presented like the Authority.
I hope this gets addressed in this arc, even if in a passing reference, because right now I'm actually considering removing Justice League from my pull list.

- I'd prefer a new Muppet Show too, but hopefully this won't suck.
