► Last night was a bit of a pain in the ass, as another malware program popped up on my computer. It blocked my browsers and all my antivirus programs and I couldn't figure out how to get rid of it. Luckily my chat program worked and eventually my friend Dran came online. In the end I had to delete the malware EXE file itself, but I couldn't find it because it was hidden as a system file. After figuring that out it was easy enough to delete, and Dran sent me a EXE registry fix file that repaired the damage it had done.
Dran hates my computer. I'm not so fond of it myself. Is having to deal with malware like this once or twice a year an unusually high amount?
► Today Dean was telling me how when she was at a friend's place last night, there was another girl there and they released they went to the same high school and junior high. The girl asked her if her brother was named Derek. Turns out that she's 35 and went to both schools when I was there. That means she was a year ahead of me at both schools and would have started high school in Dean's junior year.
Apparently she remembered me well and described me as tall and very slim, and that I was picked on a lot and (most shocking to me) "intimidating" because I was so smart.Derek: that last part had me go "wha-?"
Matt: Don't worry, my friend, I don't find you that smart at all
Derek: awww, thank you
Thing is her name is really familiar but I just can't place her in my head. But then, I've tried to forget a lot of those years. Multiple head injuries haven't helped either. I'm still frustrated with how I can't remember the name of the pretty redhead I was friends with in grade 10 (or was it grade 11?). Brain like a sieve.

► JJ Is Back! AJ Cook Inks 2-Year Deal To Return To 'Criminal Minds' - Yay! A.J. Cook's coming back to the show! And Paget Brewster has an option to return next season too! Makes me wonder what the hell the point was releasing Cook and Brewster this past season. Simple office politics? Or was it all just an elaborate publicity/ratings stunt?

► Another Day, Another Star Trek Pr0n Parody - They've made a serious, dramatic, and canonical Star Trek: The Next Generation porno. Can they still call it a parody when it's not spoofy at all? The most shocking thing is it actually looks decent.

Apparently everyone in the cast is a porn actor, except for the guy playing Captain Picard (the lone "real" actor, in his sex scene he's doubled by the guy playing Data).
