Colder Than A Witch's Tit
► It's -18 degrees Celsius (-0.4 Fahrenheit) and I'm sitting here in a cold sweat. Other than going to Dad's for supper on Saturday, I haven't been out in a couple of weeks. Those salt and vinegar chips I ate last night probably aren't helping me relax and not worry about going out tomorrow and having "stomach issues". Of course I'll be fine, as this is just par for course.
► Woo hoo! I just got a notice from Amazon.ca saying my naughty poster shipped... last Friday.
► Another day manning the phones. After Dean got home from work today she asked me to make some more calls, this time to her workplae insurance company. Turns out she was covered by insurance for some of the days that her superiors are claiming she wasn't. Ahh, more lies caught.
► Did Chinese TV pass off Top Gun footage as a military drill? - The TV show JAG did a lot of that in it's first season.
► ComicBookResources: Saturday Shelf Porn (January 29, 2011) - God knows I love Superman, and I wish I had many of the Superman memorabilia that this guy has, but there does come a point where you can have too much Superman stuff. I think this guy reached that point a few years back.
► Robin Williams rumored to play Hugo Strange in The Dark Knight Rises - That doesn't sound like a bad casting choice. I know most people keep associating Williams with his mediocre family comedies, but he's had numerous stellar performances in a diverse range of films over the years. The issue for me is while I'd love to see them use Hugo Strange, I can't imagine how they can do it since they basically used the Scarecrow in his role in the first two films. But a psycho psychologist who wants to replace Batman would be cool.
