Depression, Now With Reading Productivity
► The past couple of days haven't been much fun. It seems that I'm stuck in a bit of a depressive funk. Because of the depression I haven't felt like coming online as much, so I've been mostly laying in bed.
At least I've been using the time to catch up on some of my tradepaperback reading. And boy, have I ever. In the past 24 hours I read 9 volumes of Captain America trades alone. Minus a 7 or 8 hour sleep break. Laying, reading, and eating cookies all day has left me incredibly groggy and with an odd headache.
► Lately I've become a bit discouraged with updating my Livejournal. It just seems that most of my friends who actively commented have disappeared, having abandoned their own journals. I've always said I maintained this page for my own amusement, but it's nice to get some regular comments, just to know you're not talking to the wind.*
This doesn't mean I'm going to stop posting. Who knows, maybe people will start coming back or abandon the real world again.

All this weekly back and forth between the angle of the upcoming movie being either Clark Kent young and deciding to become Superman, or mature and already Superman, is giving me whiplash.

► Elvira's Not a Witch - Elvira's Movie Macabre is coming back? Yay! I'd hope that it'll air somewhere on cable in Canada, but I doubt it. Looking great at 59. Elvira, she's just like you and me, but with bigger #@!$.
