Lost in Japan
I'm home for the day getting some annual appointments out of the way when my mom asks me if i heard about Andy. no. no i had not.
Apparently a classmate of mine from Menasha, Andy Lathrop, is missing. He has just spent the last year in Japan teaching english to kids there, and he was s'posed to return this friday. he went to a national park there and never returned. he's been missing for a few days now.
kind of like when someone you know dies in a tragic accident or something, you just don't know how to react to these things happening to you.
