pissed off!!!
ahh customers are so retarted and rude and argh!!!
so this morning as i was doing all the morning paper work before i opened the store this customer calls up and says that i didn't give her her change from a sale i put through yesterday!! So she tells me to check our register and it should be $30 over, well i looked on last nights paper work and we were actually $10 under! So i told the customer that and then she says she works hard for her money and she doesn't appreciate me not giving her her change!!!
So i'm telling her i remember handing her her change and that there really isn't anything i can do today, she'll have to come in and speak to my manger on tuesday!!
Well, then she tells me that I put her change in my pocket and she said she hopes i lose my job, then slams the phone down!!!
after that I just sort of stood there in shock, i couldn't believe she just called me a theif!!! once it sunk in i was so angry, where does she get off calling me a theif, i remember giving her her change, it's not my fault she lost it!!! argh i'm so angry!!!
so i called my manager and she couldn't believe she said that to me!!
Well it will be interesting to hear what she says to my manager if she goes in to see her!!!
