I didn't drop off the face of the earth, but...

I didn't think it would take this long to be getting the internet back after the move. I moved the 15th, there's a long story about roaches, and anothing long story about AT&T misplacing our order, our modem, our sanity... and school started, but other than that, not too much personal developement. Oh, I guess I should mention Tim. Except once you have what you've wanted for a long time (and I'm not saying this to the discredit of how much I like Tim) the desire to talk about it takes a backseat to actually having it. So I suppose that is happening, and for those of you who keep tabs, its been a little over a couple months, we see each other often and talk daily, and so far as I can tell we're both very much happy. Enough of that.
My Dad's dad, Grandpa Ernie, died yesterday. I am not a wreck, but I took a personal day today regardless because I don't feel much like talking to other people, etc etc. I don't feel much like doing anything, but that's I guess the way of it, and while I was napping this afternoon I had a dream that I was visiting at my crandparent's house and no one was there. This is to be expected. I think the funeral is friday, although I don't know what time. All my mother really mentioned about it was that there will be a cheese platter. Although this seems trivial and a bit disrespectful to the deceased's memory, I find cheese to be at nearly all times a vehicle of comfort. I think he would have wanted that.
Other than that, I hope tomorrow is a good day and that AT&T delivers our modem, and I hope that all is well in my friends lives... Hopefully I will be able to update again a little sooner, although I find since facebook did livefeed that I have little desire to visit it or myspace for the fact that they gloat about how they and everyone else are able to watch me.
