Someone just hit the back of the civic while it was parked in a parking lot, and then bolted.
Hit and run FTL.
I wouldn't have even noticed the damage until later if some nice man hadn't seen the whole thing, and written down the licence plate number of the offending car.
Silver Spring PD has been called and dealt with, Geico has been called and dealt with.
Now I am home and annoyed.
