Weekend update
This weekend was an other 3 day weekend. Friday I slept in for the first time in FOREVER (I've been having a problem with sleeping lately), watched Starship Troopers and then took off to play X-MEN LEGENDS II at the barracks with some guys from work. It, was, AWESOME! If you haven't had the opportunity to play it yet I HIGHLY recommend it. Sure some of the voices kind of suck but the plot is decent (so far) and the graphics are killer.
Saturday:
I slept in (again!) woke up, did laundry and watched season one of Family Guy. I was GOING to do house work but at the last min decided, FUCK IT, and sat on my but and did nothing but cuddle with Tank and Tut on the couch instead. If given the choice between doing housework and doing nothing, every once in a while I URGE you to take the road less traveled, DO NOTHING. It's good for you.
Sunday:
Given the success of the previous day, an other nothing day :-)
Monday:
Getting up this morning was pure TORTURE. The only downside to a long weekend is that eventually you have to wake up and go to work on Monday. So here I am in my "Cave" cloistered away in the back of AFN until...TOMOROW. Mwahahahaha. Tomorow I will be attending base INDOC (silly as that is considering how long I have been here), a class that lasts untill Friday. THEN next Monday I go back to the Soundings office. Should, be interesting. At least I will no longer have to deal with Mellen :-)
I think tonight I will do more laundry and start cleaning the house in preparation for Nick's homecoming. To be honest, I don't know why I bother, he's just going to clean again as soon as he gets home. Oh well! lol
Oh and on an end note, I looked up my dad's house on Google Earth and all it shows is an empty lot. Huh, puzzling indeed.
*Added later in the day: Alright, I just got a SHIT LOAD of boxes in the mail here is the damage so far(I haven't opened any yet) 1 from my mum, 2 from Nanna J, 1 from Nanna McNicholas and one from Amazon (it's the bassinet I bought :-) YAY!*
