Ok so my girl now officially knows I'm doing the whole journal thing. She's not too impressed and would prefer I didn't. I know the reasons, so it's ok. No reason to be mad at her or anything. And after all..it is kind've her laptop.
Speaking of my girl...she was s'posed to have 3 days off work, but her manager called her up last night to ask if she'd come in today..which she did. Grr. And she's gonna be working for nearly an hour FOR FREE! You read it here first: Ernest Jones is a STUPID company to work for. She's looking for a new job, and I hope she gets one soon. On the up side, working today does mean a little more money, which is always good.
Excitement! I have a 'working interview' at the 'world-famous' Cambridge Science Park on monday. It's for a boring electronic production company, but it's money. Guess we'll see how it goes.
I decided to sell my old tv today. Took a CD player and a couple of Gamecube games along for the ride too. They took the whole lot off me for a measly £36! Huh..it's actually more than I was expecting.
That reminds me.. I can't find my freakin LotR collectors' plate! I really need to get that sold to someone, somewhere. It's the last remnant of a dismal part of my past, and more importantly, it's worth £23, and was a gift! Hah!
