GREEN FAIRY!!
OK, so maybe I didn't see a green fairy, but I did have an ABSINTHE COCKTAIL...this among the 4 pints, 3 vodka shots, and 1 carbonated vodka drink I also had. Needless to say, I'm still a little drunk right now. But it was indeed a FANTASTIC evening. It was an indie rock pub golf. We went only to cellar pubs, and each pub has a "par". So let us say you go to a pub and the par is 3...you have to drink 3 units of alcohol there, OR you can get points by doing dumb things. Awesome. (Of course, I didn't really join in that bit..I just drank cause I wanted to)
Anna comes in today, so I'll be meeting up with her just after a lovely tank session for rowing. I guess I should also get some reading done today. The book BEFORE SEXUALITY is pretty good actually...yea, my tutor just happened to have it lying around. It's pretty cool how the self is tied in to sexuality in this book, along with a general look at human nature. I also need to read EXPLAINING EMOTIONS. I don't even know if that's possible. The explaining part, not the reading part.
Need food...and water...mmmm.
