What a weekend.....and it's not even over.....
Okay, so this weekend has been sooo nice to me, but not nice too. Let me explain. Thursday, i went to a fashion show, and it was soo much fun. I never realized how much i love them. Plus this one model was in his small CK undies and had a most beautiful ass. Tasty cakes to the extreme. Big and hard......
Friday, I got my first paycheck, and I was excited because I got $200 for like a week of work (because i started halfway througha pay-period), so i was like, damn, so i'll have sufficient amount more for like the next check. Sadly though, I made that horrible bank mistake: I deposited my check in check form. Which means that until Monday, my account will still have like a dollar in it. My money is in bank limbo for the weekend. Luckily, i was smart enough to take out like 10 dollars, so addes to what i already had, i had 25 bucks for the weekend, which isn't alot but better than nothing. So, I had been planning all week to go to the Edge (gay club) with Ricky and Steven, but we wound up leaving our dorm in time to catch the last shuttle of the night, but the asshole driving decided to go everywhere BUT the merto station first, then double back to the metro, so we missed the last train, which is the only we could have gotten to the club besides cab, and no cabs stopped for us. So, i went back to my room, and angrily went to bed.
Then yesterday, I went to work early, thinking that i could go and straighten things out at the bank since in Indiana banks are open on saturdays until noon, but not this one. So, i said shit and went to wor. Work was fine, I was working the ticket booth so I had alot of chill time, and I just sat there and worked on the plans for BLAGOSAH week for next year. It is basically the anniversary celebration of Howard's GLBT organization. Next year is gonna be the shit. We are planning a fashion show, a film festival, a poetry slam, a panel discussion, a BLAGOSAH birthday party, and possibly more. I am really excited about the fashion show, because it is basically gonna be a showcase of alternative black culture, complete with drag queen and king chic, femme queen, femme fatal, trade wear, black punk, the list goes on and on. It is gonna be so much fun. Then after work, me and Ricky went to go visit his mom in rehab (Christopher Reeves (rest in peace), not Betty Ford) and she was doing alot better since her long stay in the hospital. It was nice to see Ricky with his mom, because he has such a rough don't fuck with me exterior, it showed me that he really is just a gay boy trying to make it in the world. Then we went to Chinatown and met up with Steven and went to Ruby Tuesdays, good food and conversation. After that, we went to the movies and saw KUNG FU HUSTLE....I LOVE THAT MOVIE!!! it was sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo fucking hilarious. I am definitely gonna buy it when it comes out on DVD. SOOO good..........Now i want to see Shaolin Soccer because i hear it's made by the same guy. Even though it was like midnight and I fell asleep once, i made it through. I was gonna go to Nations (another gay club) and with Ricky and Steven and meet up with Jean and her friends, but i realized that i was hella tired and hella BROKE.......damn bank limbo.......... But yeah, now i am just gonna study for a math test on Monday and then go to work. I move up to concessions today! I know its uber lame, but i am excited, because now i can legitimately fuck with the customers on a one-on-one basis......hehehehehehehehe...peace.
