Ok, anyone who knows who Will M. is, then they have probably seen him dance. I was watching the Kevin Kline movie "In and Out", and I realized one thing: Will, you are Kevin Kline in the movie!! you all dance JUST ALIKE. It cracked me up, because I was like "OMG! It's Will in 20 years!!!!!" ahahahaha. If you don't believe me, watch the end of the ( Read more... )

i don't understand why you people like the way i dance (well, not like, but seem to thrive on it). it's really not my way of dancing anyways... it's just a way to get out some energy when you're in a confined space, i.e. concerts. trust me on this, goddamnit.

i'm tired of being misinterpreted!

and are you a diehard capitalist or something? marketing agents are dangerous.

dangerous? marketers and advertising types are the devil incarnate, man. and i don't mean that in the cool satanic way, either.

seriously, marketers and their brethren make me want to claw my eyes out and curl up in a little ball of anger and fear. one of these days i'm going to make a shirt that says "i am not your target demographic" and wear it on a walk through sloan-land (where the "management science" majors take classes, conveniently right next to my dorm) and see how many i can throw into convulsions.

christalee, i would applaud you on such a decision had it not been the result of cruel marketing devices.

everyone is a target audience for something, that's simply how it works. let's give a one-two for marketing!

umm, only in the most subtle and twisted of minds am i their target audience, since i neither have any money to spend (no, really, i don't) nor do i give my opinion on the superiority of products to friends or strangers. entonces, they fail.

i think i'm going to start a new series entitled "Items not marketable to christalee." the first entry, given christalee's size, will be food, followed by paint (blue and black, specifically), and maybe alcohol. oh yeah, condoms as well. important, those.

fuck you, scott.

actually, i'll totally concede that those are all items i buy. but: having no money, this really limits the actual effect of marketing on my buying habits...if it's on sale, it's good. if it's store brand, then it's good. and i don't actually go buy the alcohol, other people do that, and once in a long while i pay them. ditto for the condoms, minus the paying.

now, off to eat leftover linguine with chicken and peppers in cream sauce that we made last night, and to which i contributed nothing except labor...
