(no subject)
I happen to have today off as well as Andy. He and Cory are sleeping while everyone except Kathy's mom are at work or school. If I'm not working the mornings are the perfect and semi-private time to write emails or make phone calls.
Ohh, today is payday, yay. Lynn's been trying to give me cash from my paychecks before paydays for a couple of weeks now, lol. It's never worked. She said she'd rather give me cash instead of writing checks. But I think if my paychecks are a couple hundred or more she won't just have that much money sitting around.
Kathy found another three bed/two bath pet friendly condo up for rent. I think we'll be calling them today and set up an appointment to go and look at it. The people are still there until December but I guess they don't mind showing the place while they are still living there.
Who knows. I'm kind of annoyed at having to use Kathy's computer instead of one of ours, but whatever. My -or rather Andy's desk top computer is in storage. The lap top won't even turn on now. Before it was just one button that wasn't working, heh.
I don't know whether it will be just Garrett and myself or Andy and Cory too, but we're supposed to go to Sea World on Sunday. I get ever other weekend off and amazingly somehow the boy managed to have this Sunday off too. Andy's got the same three days off as I do this week.
I think it's only because he's just getting started. Lynn didn't want me to be working eight days in a row, so she gave me today off. She said I could come in earlier on Friday if I wanted to make up hours.
I'll be going to pick up my $250 check from the lady Andy and I pet sat for a few weeks ago.
I had planned to spend all day at the DMV today getting my new license and address changed but Andy talked me out. I think he was real tired from his first real day or work at this job.
. . . and I was going to do something else but I don't remember what right now so I guess I'll just be leaving the computer now, lol.
