I worked a bunch last week but only four days this week. Apparently coorperate has cut a bunch of hours for my store --and yet there is no body there to do the work they want done! They expect one person to do five things at once! For instance, there new policy that you have to have a MINIMUM of 7 dogs signed up for a class to hold the class. I have NEVER had that many dogs in a class. The most I've had at once was four and half of them dropped out.
So, if anyone calls to sign up for a class that no one is in, the managers will turn them away. For instance I had someone that REALLY wanted my 6 o'clock puppy class last Monday but Vernon said the class was cancelled.
Something else crappy about PetCo and PetSmart --a big food recall/closure thingy at PetCo.
In case you haven't read the news, FDA Marshals seize a whole bunch of animal food products from one of Petco's warehouses for unsanitary conditions and susceptible to rodent and pest contamination. Might want to pass along to anyone you know who shops at Petco. See you Saturday.
