I know, sadly I am so busy I don't have time to look into another host for the downloads at this time so the gallery will be the only source for the caps atm.

so... i've been thinking about this. out of interest, how many downloads of the .zips were you getting per episode? i have a premium rapidshare account that i currently don't have anything uploaded to (my original purpose for getting the account has since come to an end). depending on the levels of traffic, i was toying with the idea of hosting the .zips there for you, if you're interested?

It depends on the upload limit of the site I was hosting to - for media fire cos it was a 200MB limit it was working out at 2 per episode because it was just over 200 MB lol

How would it work though - it depends on when i get it downloaded what day I put them up and with time difference...I wouldn't have anywhere to host the files to send them to you if thats what you mean.

sorry, what i meant (& said very badly) was how much traffic were you getting on the files? how many downloads per file, so to speak?

i'm sure we could come up with a way to make it work. i currently use a dropbox account to get work from my office. my boss uploads stuff to the account & then i log in to the same account from home & get access to the stuff she's left there. it was something we started doing when it became too costly to messenger things overnight. it's proven to be very useful & it would probably work just as well for .zip files.

as for time difference, i guess you could just make the gallery post & then add the link for the .zip later? i would just upload them to rs whenever you got them to me.

i have also just realised how terrible i am at explaining things.

Oh, right. It depended on the episode really lol But I use dropbox to share video files with a friend and wouldn't have room to put anything else in. I might just give it a few days and use another site. But thanks so much for the offer - I would just hate giving you so much work to do uploading the files and sending me links etc. *smushes*

i already do something similar for another user & it really only takes half an hour, at most. :-)
