Monday
Weekend went as planned. Good run on Saturday and three times round the red arrow! Just took it easy and walked it with a bit of a run up some of the stairs. Sunday I did a nice bike in the middle of the day when it was blazing hot. bad thing though I stopped for a water break and dropped my sunglasses and didnt realize till I got home. Went back out there but they were gone. So now I dont have any cycling glasses, i lost the last pair out in New Zealand on a ride. Both pairs I brought out with me from the US, which I guess makes them pretty old, but sort of sentimental. Bit by bit all my connections with the US are being lost.
