God help me, I'm a goth!kagomeshukoSeptember 4 2004, 06:12:49 UTC
I guess it doesn't matter that I go to church at least once a week (unless I'm sick for the whole week) and that I constantly pray and I want to be a Youth Minister the most in life. . .does it now. . .according to this, I'm a goth -
-Wears band and/or rock t-shirts. (I guess it doesn't matter that they're a Christian band)
-Associates with other people that dress, act or speak eccentrically. (So now I can't have goth friends?)
-Complains of boredom. (I can't be bored sometimes?)
-Is excessively awake during the night. (I'm not allowed to be a night owl sometimes?)
-Demands an unusual amount of privacy. (Ever heard of introverts?)
-Eats goth-related foods. Count Dracula cereal is an example of this. (Count Dracula cereal? oh, help me? I thought that was an innocent kids cereal. It's freakin' chocolate!)
-Watches cable television or any other corrupted media sources. (Ask your local church for proper programs that your child may watch.) (Hey now, I DO watch cable television. . .why is that so wrong?)
-Plays videos games that contains violence or role-playing nature. (I don't like bloody games, but I do sometimes like to play Tekken or just RPGs on my PS2 - not often, but sometimes)
-Uses the internet excessively and frequently makes time for the computer. (I love using the Internet - but I write lots online, so what's wrong with that?)
These people need some serious help! Plus, I've known plenty of Christian Goths in my days. . .they just like dressing in the black and such. .but they wear crosses and carry Bibles and sit and read them. What's wrong with that?
