Day 4, that's all the title I got
There was an oil spill down in the desert yesterday, leading down to Eilat. We don't have a lot of oil to begin with, we're not like, oil country, but we had this one well just kinda going slow and steady, except apparently not that steady. The photos are actually breathtaking but it's a catastrophe pretty much.
Visited my boss who's on maternity leave today; the baby was born three weeks ago and she's so, so tiny and quiet, and yet - so big I can't believe she was actually inside her three weeks ago, like, how does that even happen, nature is magic. She's having a rough time now, no sleep and mindless boredom. I don't yet have a lot of mom friends I'm close to, but I've been having more the past few years, and while I'm sure it'll get tired, I'm still at a place where I'm just fascinated to hear them talk about it, about what it's really like.

Meanwhile in fandom, I am enjoying sports media's inability to just go about its live for a few months without putting together some kind of shippy fanvid. Like - yes. Thank you. Keep doing what you're doing, with your slomo hugs and your declarations of commitment.
