...Wow, I forgot about that part of the Superbowl. The, uh, flyover and military(-looking?) flag marches.
I'm watching tonight to a) keep my dad company, b) in solidarity with the last episode of FNL later this week, c) cause it's interesting, d) the same reason I finally watched Big Brother last night -- waterfountain conversation tomorrow! Except I don't actually think anyone other than me will actually have watched it. But I'm curious if anyone did. We'll see.
IDK if I'll manage to stay up for the whole thing anyway, lol. 1:30AM already, le sigh.
In any case, our working assumption is that we'll be able to see the commercials and halftime show on METV. (Hmm, to test: did FOX just show a commercial for Ford and some kind of... idk, desert race?)
(LOL I have a sports tag? WTF?)
Eta: halftime and lol, I fell asleep so fast it's not even funny. Woken up bu halftime show and then saw a PSA: "Family violence is wrong! In many places it's illegal!" lol WHAT is this MANY PLACES. Oh, METV. And then I saw a commercial for this hilarious evangelist Christian children's TV show that I was addicted to in high school that I didn't realize was still on the air.
Okay. Seriously time to go to sleep now.
