I watched Merlin last night. My reactions can be summed up with this chat transcript (with most of winterlive's bits cut out because she was mostly smiling and nodding at me while probably doing other stuff, lol):

And I've just started watching yesterday's The Good Wife. I've only seen the cold open so far, but ♥. That show is so calming. I just see Alicia and feel this sense of relief. Tiny spoiler, but in the beginning one of the characters very casually asks her something about another character, and where in other shows you'd expect this to eventually lead to drama, Alicia just tells him that yes, they're friends, and then gives him a tired, annoyed look. "Don't put me in the middle of your thing. I'm too busy for whatever games you're playing." SO FUCKING REFRESHING ♥.
Also, man. I don't think I have any anti-RPF people on my flist, but I used to be kind of anti-RPF, so it still fills me with delight whenever I encounter RPF outside of online media fandom, whether it's a film about John Lennon or a film about Mark Zuckerberg, a political or celebrity-based skit on SNL or the local Eretz Nehederet, a sports movie about Michael Jordan defending the earth from alien invasion with a team of loony toons or a cartoon about pro athletes fighting crime and helping kids. Or, in the case of the show that's premiering here tonight and filling me with glee: an entire series about Eyal Kitzis and Tal Friedman live in the same apartment under house arrest after having accidentally killed 21 local celebs when a roller coaster crashed in their new amusement park. Both of them play themselves. I just... LOL.
