Back to school today. I read the first chapter of The Little Prince in French and understood over 70% without help, which is not bad at all!
I really want to watch the Euro games. Well, okay, I really want to have the option of watching the games. But my apartment doesn't have a subscription to the channel that airs them. Any ideas? I was linked once to a site that broadcasts a lot of major events and sports games live, but I don't remember where it is.
sabrina_il, here is a list of 11 desert island fics I made a while ago, with links to most of the stories I told you about today. Except for minisinoo's Climb the Wind, which we will only be able to read once the website comes back up, and the fact that I can't read it now really really makes me want to reread it. And also except for queenzulu's The Physicist Bride, which rocks like a great big rocking thing that rocks. Hard.
Also, please do not get me into BSG. Please. I have finals ahead.

Now that the guests are gone my roommate has moved back into her own room, but let me just note for a oment how very happy I am that she's my roommate. We have the exact same living habits - sleeping times, personal messes, routines - and it was really fun to share the room for the week. Like, \o/ fun. Yay.
