A good but tiring day...

Had to work at Bergners this morning unloading the truck we got in today. It was fairly large, around 1000 boxes and we were short handed yet AGAIN, but we managed to get it all unloaded and a couple of departments processed before we went home today. Tomorrow shouldn't be too bad since we finished a couple of the bigger departments today. So even if our perennially absent co-workers aren't there it shouldn't matter much.

On the plus side, I will probably be getting some pretty decent paychecks here soon. That plus my tax return plus the supposed tax rebate/relief money that Bush promised (mostly for all his wall street buddies, but hey they are going to get money no matter what so it's nice that he is making a token gift to the people he has screwed over for the past 8 years and at this point I am not going to turn down money). I should be in fairly good shape financially for the first time in a year or so. Trying to pay for College Out of Pocket really screwed me over, but it was a good experience.

Other than work, video games, and hopefully some richer finances... not much has been happening. Started talking to a woman in Iowa who contacted me and has been flirting with me. Doubt anything will come out of it, but it is nice being flirted with.

And for something to leave on, here is a cute video of a fairly talented artist I added to my favorites on Youtube. I originally was looking for the song that is playing in the background, but the guys artwork is fairly funny and it's interesting watching the cartoon process. The song "When I held your brain in my arms" is from one of my favorite tv shows Mystery Science Theater 3000 and is one of my favorite ditties from the series and one I used to play occassionally when I was taking my Psychology classes (It is fairly invaluable for helping identify various parts of the brain *lol*). Enjoy!
