I love Bates :) I used to love Brendan Coyle in North and South and Larkrise to Candleford too, he's great.

I haven't seen Brendan in any of these, although I'm pretty sure I've seen him somewhere before. IMDb isn't any help there either though. There's something about him and I can't quite put my finger on it. It's not just that he's the strong, proud, silent type. It's also got something to do with the gentleness with something cheeky lying underneath in his face. To be quite honest, he looks like a load of fun in bed.

I was trying for a more respectable and decent reason for my weak spot for him, but there you go...
