New communities for "Off the Map" and "The Cape"

I'm going to try to post in these. But whether I do or not, I know how it feels to look and look for a comm, and never find one (or its in the wrong domain)
So, that in mind, I created these:
The Carnival of Capes: a The Cape community
...and Off the Map community.
Discussion, pics, fic, all are welcome in both.
