shame on me for not remembering the Aztecs. (I'd just been talking about them about a Miami Medical WIP)

i feel worse for forgetting my favorite line from Ancient Egypt: "my heart, my heart, do not speak against me"...but thank you for reminding me of it.

thank you for the list of other heart-related ones.

>but a purely animal thing related to the fact they're wolves.
*nods* combined with the small community of the Gates.

*nods* I think they're going with the idea that werewolves have better immune/healing abilities (and more rapid ones) than humans do. ie Brett regaining his color and breathing after kissing Andie.

oh indeed. heck, when she took the Demon-weed medicine and then saw Charlie kissing Lexie, I wondered if we were about to see the violent side of succumbi.

>also thank you for your well wishes on my post-
welcome.

>-I am better now, though my mother has not talked or called me since her party and I have it from my sister she is complaining once again of how un-filial I am.
tell her you're on the verge of becoming a Senator, but interuptions ruin your progress. :)
(in the old days, that was the measure of filialness - becoming a powerful Senator (possibly Emperor) and using that power to pay for family to be cared for in luxury)
