I think NCIS:LA is trying to take a page out of NCIS's book, specifically, the death of Agent Kate Todd, which not only resulted in a firming of Gibbs' resolution to kill Ari -- but also brought on board a new character: Ziva David.

The question is, where will the post-Dom character hail from?

(personally, I'm hoping for India or China, maybe Vietnam or Japan)
