*sniffle* she wants to know someone will remember her. btw, that's a good place to "meep", right?

I confess, I had the plot backwards - I thought Kai was in town to kill McGee's South African girlfriend.
don't remember what show I heard it on, but the line was "You're the closest thing I've ever had to a boyfriend"...which is probably along the lines of what Ducky was saying in regards to Kai and Leon.
(wait, it was My Own Worst Enemy)
I like how Kai wanted the symmettry of Leon Vance killing her....don't like how Mrs Vance was the one to shoot her.
(jealousy that Kai took so much of her husband's life? anger that Kai pointed a gun at her? what reason did she shoot?)
and only as I'm writing this up do I realize something not even DiNozzo would say:
"well, that's one way to avoid having old aquaintaces send you friend requests on facebook."
(yes, I saw the recent Castle episode before watching this)
