LOL. I feel like maybe you should have written "...to all the French mothers..." since as far as I can tell from Google today is only Mother's Day in France.

But I'm also wondering if you're planning on doing this for every country? Haha.

growing up, we always celebrated mother's day and my mom's birthday together.

And no, I totally think that mothers should be celebrated all the time! I was actually disappointed to see I don't have any mothers in my icons when I went to reply to your entry. It's just dangerous to wish a Happy Mother's Day because you might give people HEART ATTACKS when they think they've forgotten it! Heh.
