Echo seems to be compiling personalities - elements/shades of last week's survivalist seemed to be at in the final confrontation on the catwalk...was the negotiator there too?
there are two primary canidates for who is behind it:
* the Doc. unlikely, given her clear desire to not distinguish herself and praising non-exceptionalism.
* the kid. also unlikely, though for him, more because he doesn't want to spoil the good thing he has going.
...unless, of course, the Lady in charge of all this, is subtly shooting her organization in the foot by deliberately risking another Alpha rising up.
