Shades of Psych and John Doe...and the character's about as famous as Charlie Crews. (yes, I did have that crossover running through my head for most of it)

anybody know what the accent was in Detective Teresa Lisbon's voice?

I know I'm trying to cut back and cut down on the shows and fandoms I'm part of....but I've been grabbed by the throat and I can't back away from this show.
