SIGNS: 91-Year-Old Alabama Mayor Admits to $201K Theft

Oct 12, 2012 05:55

I just shook my head when I read this news article. I've been saying that all these Rebecca tags had been surfacing in the last 24 hours. Rebecca is from Alabama. She's got a father tag mounted on her.

Her birthday 10/31 for Nevada translates to 10 Feet 31 Inches as 11 Feet 19 Inches or 11/19. That's my biological father's birthday. Her relatives died on 11/19 of 2009, which was 2 years before I met her.

The reason why she got "punished" 2 yeasr before she met me is so that she and her family can't turn around and say that I used "Voodoo" or my Psychic Abilities to "ruin her life." I didn't do that. I didn't fiddle with her life. It was stuff she was already getting punished for beforehand.

How can I get blamed for using my Psychic Abilities to mess with her family when she didn't even know me till 7/16 of 2011 on my Aunt Mild-RED's birthday. Rebecca is a redhead.

That's why with Will Ferrell born 7/16, his movie "The Virginity Hit" that came out in 2010 has Adult Star Sunny Leone. At the end of the movie, they say "Fuck you, Becca."

That incident with Rebecca Zahau in San Diego where her body was found hung on 7/13 of 2011 was when Alabama became a state on 7/13 of 1868. That's the Alabama tag.

The reason why this woman was 91 years old is because 91 is PA on the Periodic Table as the 91st Element. It means father. I told Rebecca that I covered for her transgressions.

She made a mess, and I covered for her back on 4/18 of 2012. She said it was just too intense for her, and she just cut the line feed without doing a proper shut down. You don't just yank the cord when you're plugged into the Planet and undergoing training. It's like going AWOL. You can't just quit the military when you feel like it.

It's a criminal offense to just split like that.

That PA tag also aligns with Pennsylvania and Davis. It also aligns with T7 born 1/18 like Kevin Costner as Jonathan Kent in the upcoming "Man of Steel" movie. You'll see these abusive father tags.

It's kind of sad, but my mom told me the other day that it was kind of good that my biological father had died when I was 2 yeasr old because she was a kept woman. My mom said that my biological father was strict and really tight with money.

As for Rebecca, she just went into emotional shutdown. When someone doesn't want to talk to you when there are international and global problems that are a result of her actions, that's where you're at a loss for words.

What more is there to say?

I can bring it to her, but she's like a 2 year old who doesn't comprehend what she did wrong. I could try explaining it to her, but there's not much that can be done. She'd just give me a blank stare.

However, at the time, she was "spiritually older." It's just that when she went into shutdown and started blotting out the things I taught her, she regressed age-wise. She "de-evolved" or started going backward in age to where she couldn't understand.

What do you do with people like that?

That's why I always end up resigning myself with having to clean up after other people's messes. People just up and abandon you, and you can't count on them. That's why it shouldn't come as a surprise when I appear to have very little faith in people.

The people I run into are unreliable. Either that or they're selfish where they expect you to do things for them when they haven't even proved their own worth. That's the theme of entitlement.

People think they're entitled to things when they don't realize that they're the ones who actually are in debt or owe more.

Now, of course, I've been out of contact with Rebecca where I never put her back on Facebook. It's because I couldn't have her interfering with or disrupting the line feed. She'd do these things that would contaminate the data stream. She didn't realize how she'd put people in danger.

I think she's still undergoing surgeries for her heart problems. However, that's what is tragic. She never made it a point to keep in contact with me. It never dawned on her that her health problems were a result of her messing with the system and not bothering to seek help from someone who could clear up her system. So her Subconscious Mind sabotages her health.

I tried to tell her that she needs to make it an effort to reach out to me and keep in contact with me, but she wouldn't.

Ironically enough, notice how she's the one who I don't mind reaching uot and keeping in touch with me. Yet, I already know that when word gets that people discover I have healing properties or where I'm have a "Luck Factor" that hast he power to increase people's good fortune or give them bad luck, they'll all be clambering to get in touch with me.

When that happens, I won't be interested in helping them because they were never there when I needed them. These are the same people that when they don't think you have anything of value, they could care less about what happens to you.

Yet, once people see you have something they want, they suddenly won't leave you alone. That's selfishness. The ones who deserve help are the ones who won't ask and let me come to them.

The people who don't deserve help are the ones who wouldn't help me if I was down and out. That's one advantage of watching how people treat you when they think you're a nobody. You get to see their selfish streak and how they treat others who can't do anything for them.

There's this saying that I like. It says that you can judge a man's character by seeing how they treat others who can do nothing for him.

It's very true. Watch how people treat those who they don't think have anything of value they want or need.

91-Year-Old Alabama Mayor Admits to $201K Theft
By JAY REEVES | Associated Press - 11 mins ago

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (AP) - A 91-year-old woman who pleaded guilty Thursday to stealing $201,000 from the south Alabama town where she was mayor for three decades paid hush money in a bid to keep her crimes secret, documents showed.

Prosecutors said River Falls Mayor Mary Ella Hixon pleaded guilty to theft and resigned. In exchange, authorities dropped another felony ethics charge.
Circuit Judge Ashley McKathan sentenced Hixon to 10 years in prison but suspended the term because of Hixon's advanced age. She must spend five years on probation.

Covington County District Attorney Walt Merrell said years of thefts left the city all but broke.

"Had it not been a 91-year-old woman, I would have stood on my head to make sure she went to prison," said Merrell.

McKathan ordered Hixon to repay the money, with her estate being held responsible if she dies before all the money is refunded.

The probe revealed Hixon had illegally transferred $201,610 in city money to others in the last three years, but the prosecutor said the thefts likely started long before.

An attorney representing Hixon, Mark Christensen, said "a lot of factors" led to Hixon's actions.

"I think at least partially she was being taken advantage of some others she trusted and probably shouldn't have," he said.

Hixon, one of Alabama's longest-serving mayors, was re-elected in August, Christensen said.

Located near the Florida line, River Falls has about 510 residents. It's little more than a wide spot in the road for people driving to Panhandle beaches.

"To a casual passerby, it would be two gas stations and a bridge," Merrell said.

Authorities said police in nearby Opp began investigating after The Andalusia Star-News reported in August about the city selling property to a middle-aged man who was living with Hixon. Merrell said Hixon acted like a grandmother to the man's four children, the youngest of whom just entered college.

A sworn police statement said city money went to Hixon and her relatives; the man she lived with and his relatives; and co-workers at a development company where the mayor also worked.

The police statement showed the investigation grew to include a "concerned citizen" wearing a hidden recorder during a conversation in which Hixon admitted to illegal conduct, told the person what to say to police, and paid the man $525 to "keep him quiet."

Hixon turned herself in to authorities Wednesday in a negotiated surrender and was released on bond without having to spend the night in jail before her court appearance.

No one else has been charged, authorities said, but an investigation continues and Hixon agreed to cooperate. Christensen said she testified to a grand jury after pleading guilty.

Residents who long suspected wrongdoing in the town began talking to police after word of the investigation leaked earlier this year, said the district attorney. While Hixon was old, he said, she also was powerful.

"We had quite a few citizens come forward with information they had held on to for years," Merrell said. "They were reluctant to do so earlier for fear of being ostracized or because it was a proverbial 'little old lady.'"
