Here's a Psychic Prediction about my Innocence and how I got punished for a Crime that I didn't commit:

   4. I told them that I had witnessed Psychic Phenomenon and had proof that innocent victims were getting hospitalized and killed
      
   5. Isabella Valentine told me not talk to her (even though she's the one who created the mess by initiating communcation with me 4/2/4 and then skulked away leaving me holding the bag
      
   6. I said that Pope John Paul II's Subconscious Mind chose that day exactly one year later to die marking that event where an innocent man got punished
2. For years, he had proclaimed he didn't commit the rape, but his appeals fell on deaf ears and his repeated requests for parole were ignored:
   1. For two whole years, I submitted evidence showing how to track Psychic Phenomenon
      
   2. I tried to show Scott and Bliss to prove to them that I was telling the Truth
      
   3. They both skimmed or ignored the evidence and removed me from their Circle of Friends
      
   4. I got punished for telling the Truth
      
   5. All the women in defense of Bliss and Isabella formed a Lynch Mob and beat up on me verbally abusing me and calling me all kinds of nasty things
      
   6. I begged and pleaded, but it fell on deaf ears and my Friendships went up in smoke
3. He was freed from a state prison Wednesday after a judge declared him innocent based on DNA evidence that proved he didn't commit the crime:

   3. You see how another innocent person had to serve 23 years in prison
      
   4. That's the equivalent of suffering other people have to do on my behalf
      
   5. I said that my friendship of 23 years with Scott was put on the rocks because of those nasty and mean letters sent by Sky
4. St. Louis County Prosecutor Robert McCulloch, who was not the prosecutor when the case was tried, has called the incarceration a "terrible mistake":

5. When first accused of the rape, Briscoe said he thought it was a joke. He said his defense attorney never met with him, and Briscoe, who is black, was convicted by an all-white jury. He was sentenced to 30 years for rape, plus an additional 15 years on related convictions:

6. It was just this month that McCulloch's office learned of the find, and he immediately ordered DNA tests. The results matched the DNA to another man who already is serving a life term for another sexual assault. McCulloch said a decision has not been made on whether to charge him:

   4. Then Isabella, a month later, got bitten by the money bug because she saw that I was putting $1,400 into chatting with Sky that Isabella knew would've been hers if she hadn't driven me away
      
   5. So she came sniffing around but neglected to tell me that her co-partner was away on vacation
      
   6. The co-partner came home early seeing us on the phone chatting and thought I was harassing Isabella even though she invited me to chat with her. So I got in trouble

7. McCulloch and McCloskey were critical of the crime lab's failure to better maintain old evidence and called for sweeping changes in the lab's policy:

Once again we come back to the point I keep trying to make. If I have correct about having observed Psychic Phenomenon and can maintain a consistent pattern of tracking it, then it means I was telling the Truth.

If I was telling the Truth, then it means that my claims about innocent victims getting hospitalized and killed has a high likelihood of being true. It makes all the women who sided with the other guy instead of me look even worse for siding with someone guilty of 2nd Degree Murder.

It also makes the women who all went off on me look bad because I was on a Mission of Mercy trying to save lives, but instead, I got shot down. I got punished and told to get out of people's lives.

This is where you see how the Planet is setting things up where if people try to chew my ass out years from now about why I wasn't able to get information through or notify the correct Authorities, it's because I was stonewalled and IGNORED.

I said that I took a huge fall financially and was wallowing in debt that isn't even mine. It's a result of the selfishness of others covering their own self-interests. I took the fall for other people.

Gee, you'd almost think it was staged and supposed to happen that way to get everyone in trouble so that once that Jesus Christ Figure gets out of that hole he got dumped in, he has the Leverage he needs to go after everyone that shoved him down into the dirt.

ST. LOUIS (July 21) - Exonerated of a rape conviction and freed after serving 23 years in prison, Johnny Briscoe often paused to halt the tears as he spoke at a news conference Thursday.

For years, he had proclaimed he didn't commit the rape, but his appeals fell on deaf ears and his repeated requests for parole were ignored. He was freed from a state prison Wednesday after a judge declared him innocent based on DNA evidence that proved he didn't commit the crime.

Briscoe, 52, said he was saddened for all the time he lost with his family.

"It's been a long, hard struggle, but I held strong," he said.

St. Louis County Prosecutor Robert McCulloch, who was not the prosecutor when the case was tried, has called the incarceration a "terrible mistake."

The rape occurred in 1982. A man was burglarizing the victim's apartment and raped her when she awoke. After the attack, the rapist stayed for about an hour and spoke with the victim in a well-lit room, telling her his name was Johnny Briscoe. McCulloch said the rapist and Briscoe knew each other.

"I challenge any police officer to present to me any case where the real rapist identified himself with his own name," said Jim McCloskey, director of Centurion Ministries, who took up Briscoe's cause about a decade ago.

When first accused of the rape, Briscoe said he thought it was a joke. He said his defense attorney never met with him, and Briscoe, who is black, was convicted by an all-white jury. He was sentenced to 30 years for rape, plus an additional 15 years on related convictions.

Briscoe spent his years in prison doing research on his own case. He contacted McCloskey's New Jersey-based organization, which seeks justice for innocent people wrongly imprisoned. In 2000, McCloskey wrote a letter seeking a review of DNA evidence.

Around that time, McCulloch decided to look at about 10 past cases in which DNA evidence might now be available. He asked the crime lab to look at the old evidence, but none could be found.

But during an inventory in 2004, three cigarette butts from Briscoe's case were found in a freezer.

It was just this month that McCulloch's office learned of the find, and he immediately ordered DNA tests. The results matched the DNA to another man who already is serving a life term for another sexual assault. McCulloch said a decision has not been made on whether to charge him.

McCulloch and McCloskey were critical of the crime lab's failure to better maintain old evidence and called for sweeping changes in the lab's policy. Officials at the lab have declined comment.
