This is funny because it refers to legal precedent in case people try to come out of the woodwork and wrangle the system:
- I said 11/7/2005 that I had given notices to people who had "won the Lottery"
- I said that Isabella, Sky, Erin, and Charlie received notices, but they ignored them and I never got a response after 8 months
- Notice the Journal ID Number is # 1422618:
- 1422618 = 1/422-618
- I said 6/23/2006 about Aaron Spelling being born 4/22 (422)
- The article in that post about Aaron Spelling says he came down with a stroke on 6/18 (618)
- You're witnessing how Aaron Spelling's Death was forecasted by my Journal on 11/7/2005
This is for the people who are trying to play "Lawyer Ball" with me about who gets entitled to what.
You get to see the Power of Math plugged into the Electromagnetic Field surrounding the Planet like a Shell Membrane and affecting the Numbers as well as when people die based off of what I wrote.
You get to see an example of people who want to tempt Fate and argue with Angel of Death. I said I'm the Mathematical Grim Reaper. If people want to play games with me and split hairs, that's fine. However, they better be able to ante up if they think it's worth people's lives.
- Indianapolis resident Tom H. Smith bought a $2 "instant win" ticket in 1996 and won $5: Tom = Thomas
- ...and was told it was too late to get his $5 payoff:
- Two years ago I waited for those people
- The reason why I was forced to move on without them is because you had Weather Phenomenon that was spiraling out of control
- I couldn't wait and that Tsunami that killed 130,000 people Christmas 2004 is a reflection of what happesn when you wait on people
- The Planet is not going to wait on people
- The lawsuit became more complex when others joined in, saying they also tried to redeem winning tickets but missed a deadline they didn't know about:
- This is for all the other people who were given notices and didn't know
- I tested out a lot of people for the "job"
- Some of those Conscious Minds of people may have done a good job, but they were tuned out
- I didn't have the time or the financial resources to go to each individual person and try to "sell" them on my story and proof that they'd been designated God Powers
- Who ever heard of an Employer that has to take time out of his schedule to convince people that they got accepted for a job position?
- But Esther Schneider, who was appointed to be the Hoosier Lottery's executive director in 2005, said she wanted to settle the suit, which has already cost the lottery more than $450,000 in attorney fees:
- This is a movement to quell people years from now that are going to try arguing this point with me
- It's showing that it already got decided
- It's in Indiana because it means India Not Applicable(NA)
- It may have cost $450,000 in Lawyer Fees, but a settlement, but at least it's already done with
- "I thought, 'OK, how do we make this thing go away?"' she said:
- I had to come to the same decision
- How do I make this go away so that I don't have to deal with Davis or anyone else coming out of the woodwork disputing this
- When it comes to money and power, you can bet there are going to be people, friends of people, or their lawyers goading them to take legal action and "get a piece of the pie"
- A proposed settlement filed in Marion Superior Court this month would give Smith $15,000, and the lottery would set up a $600,000 fund to pay others entitled to back payments:
- Personally, I don't approve of it, but at least it makes it go away
- In my opinion, that's just a reflection of people's greed
- All those people who accepted that money can, but in my eyes they incurred a "Karmic Debt"
- If a judge approves the settlement, hundreds of other people could also collect on tickets purchased between 1989 and early 1997, if they can prove they couldn't collect on their winnings:
- That's under the assumption that you can prove that I used their names
- However, we come back to the saying "All's Fair in Love and War"
- Richard Waples, attorney for Smith, said his client is pleased with the settlement:
- Only reason why you see him winning is because there's a variation of me
- Richard starts with RI = 5/29 = My Birthday
- Waples starts with WA = Washington State where I'm from
- Notice that years from now, you'l get people that will catch on to my "Lucky Streak" and start naming their kids variations of me to increase their child's Luck Factor and diluting the system
- Jim Clark, with Baker & Daniels, represented the Hoosier Lottery:
- Initials JC = Jesus Christ
- You get to see all those people who want to get cheap with God
- Baker & Daniels = B & D = BD = Blaney Davis
- You see a variation of Davis thrown in there because of how much money he bought off my mom and family
- That's why you see a variation of a payout because Davis knows that he owes my mom money
- "I would have paid him the $5 out of my own pocket," he said:
- It's the same with me where if it was that big of a deal it could easily be paid out
- Ironically, I havent received a single penny from any of this
- People who want a cut of the profits of nothing can do so
- Any Number multipled by ZERO is still ZERO...LOL
- After the lawsuit was filed, the lottery changed the way it ends payouts for scratch-off tickets. Each ticket sold now includes a precise date by which players must redeem their prizes: It indicates how I edited the program so I don't have to deal with this anymore. It's been edited
If you really want to argue semantics, people will still fall into a rut because the only way you can even collect is by acknowledging that my Psychic Theories are indeed correct.
If they're correct, then it means people have to acknowledge that the other stuff I said has a high probability of being true as well. So when I said that I'm Prince Charming, Jesus Christ, Virgin Mary, Superman, Grim Reaper, Zeus, and Hercules, it means that people have to acknowledge that the Planet must have intentionally given me those titles as well.
Do you really want to tempt Fate? That's why they say the two things you can't avoid are Death and Taxes. That's why I'm the "IR-S" and why Tax Day falls on the same day that Titanic sank.
$5 Lottery Ticket to Cost Indiana $1 Million
State Plans to Settle Lawsuit Dating Back to 1996
INDIANAPOLIS (June 23) - A lawsuit over a winning $5 scratch-off lottery ticket may end up costing the state more than $1 million.
Indianapolis resident Tom H. Smith bought a $2 "instant win" ticket in 1996 and won $5. But Smith didn't collect the prize until months later, and was told it was too late to get his $5 payoff. Smith appealed to lottery headquarters, saying he had no way of knowing the game had ended, and eventually filed a lawsuit against the Hoosier Lottery.
The lawsuit became more complex when others joined in, saying they also tried to redeem winning tickets but missed a deadline they didn't know about. The suit went to the Indiana Court of Appeals and to the Indiana Supreme Court.
But Esther Schneider, who was appointed to be the Hoosier Lottery's executive director in 2005, said she wanted to settle the suit, which has already cost the lottery more than $450,000 in attorney fees.
"I thought, 'OK, how do we make this thing go away?"' she said.
A proposed settlement filed in Marion Superior Court this month would give Smith $15,000, and the lottery would set up a $600,000 fund to pay others entitled to back payments. If a judge approves the settlement, hundreds of other people could also collect on tickets purchased between 1989 and early 1997, if they can prove they couldn't collect on their winnings.
Richard Waples, attorney for Smith, said his client is pleased with the settlement.
Jim Clark, with Baker & Daniels, represented the Hoosier Lottery. He said the law firm, which received $450,000 in legal fees from the settlement, still disagrees with Smith and Waples, but that he's ready for the lawsuit to be over.
"I would have paid him the $5 out of my own pocket," he said.
After the lawsuit was filed, the lottery changed the way it ends payouts for scratch-off tickets. Each ticket sold now includes a precise date by which players must redeem their prizes.
