There's something that Davis said to me on the phone that reminds me of why the Electromagnetic Field serves as a Surveillance Camera monitoring things you do:

I was nervous about the $15,000 Loan and wanted it in Dave's hand as soon as possible so he could start the Refi. You wanted $13,000 and my mom came up with $15,000 with a $1000 cushion for me and a $1,000 cushion for you.
At the time, you only needed $13,000.
$15,000 is a large sum of money to me and I would never let something like that hang or be contingent on Sammy without continually asking you.

The only thing you had asked me that I recall was buying that White Car for from Tony in December 2004. You didn't say anything about how you wouldn't be able to give Dave the money if $1,500 of it was missing.
You just asked, "Can I take $1,500 to give to Tony to buy a car?"
If you had said, "Can I take $1,500 of the $14,000 that's supposed to give to Dave to buy a car, but it will mean we can't give Dave Summers the money, I would've said NO. Give Dave Summers all of it."
I'm still not even sure why the money went to Krassi' Bank account and not to Dave Summers' Bank account.
However, that's all water under the bridge. If you want to pay that back $15,000 back that's up to you because I understand we have no contract.

I should have had you sign one before you took the $15,000 and had it explicitly written out that as soon as the money is wired to Krassi that it be sent to Dave Summers.
