Take 2 and call me whenever you want

In an interesting turn of events, Jeordie and I are back together; As of tonight.
We got her ex kicked out of the mall, suspended for a year...or better put, he got himself kicked out.
He was at the mall paying back money that he owed when she paid his phone bill. And I guess he got wind from Rodrigo that her and I were hanging out. Why Rodrigo told him this, I do not know, but I'm really ticked off at him for it. Tavi argued with her about some crap, yelling, making a scene, obviously riling her up with distraught and I got on his case to leave her alone. This was at the mall tonight, during and after her shift.
It's quite pathetic seeing a metal-head run around desperately trying to fix his problems, graveling for her to take him back. Now I admit, when it happened to me, I got a little desperate too, but not this extreme. Yelling at her saying that he only "lied near the end of the relationship, so take me back." is not the way to get a girl back. For nearly an hour and a half, he did nothing but follow her and I around repeating the same excuses he thought would redeem himself. We had made plans that night to see a movie, but we had some time to kill before hand. And that time was wasted by his bull.
But it was really liberating in the end of it all.
I left her and him alone in Borders for half an hour to see if things would blow over. I stayed my distance and watched from afar as he pleaded with her, and she just ignoring him. When the time limit ran out, I went in, grabbed her by her wrist and walked her out with me. He started yelling at us, making a huge scene amongst the coffee drinkers and book readers. He couldn't help himself. I tried reasoning with him the whole time. Telling him as a fellow human being who was put in the exact same position, that it was best if he got through this on his own. I was calm, clear, made sure that I said what I needed to say. No matter what I told him, he didn't have any of it. So I stooped to his level and yelled at him to shut the fuck up. Several times. Some of the people in Borders even told him to shut up. We eventually got far enough from him, that I couldn't even distinguish what he was yelling anymore. I even shouted at him to, "stay the fuck where you are and don't come any closer!" when he started running towards us. It halted him for a few moments, but he was still very adamant. Just plain harassment. Eventually it took the security and a cop to plant it into his head to leave her alone. And in consequence, the flower that bloomed was a suspension from the mall for a year.

After that whole spiel, Jeordie and I went to view "Coraline" in 3D. I paid tickets, she paid popcorn and raisinets and a soda and we paid an enjoyable evening that ended with a very long hug, apologies on both ends, and a short kissing session.
All's well that ends well.
Now I think I may just have to keep an eye over my shoulder. Who knows what this guy might do.
