Santoku Ko
My sister's boyfriend is the best in the world! He (and my sister) are sending me my first and very own chef's knife ... a Santoku! (The one that Rachel Ray uses.) Frankly, I don't really care what knife it is, as long as it is Patrick-approved. Can't wait for my sexay knife.
