People are always talking about people with no self worth causing depression and eventurally suicide. Well here's a thought. What about all the "throw away people" those are the people that are in your life and then one day they are gone. You never call and see where they went. or maybe you just walk away you don't need them anymore. They were very much part of your life and you were part of their, but for some reason they are gone and you never even missed them.
I seem to be a "throw away person" . My Dad walked out and never looked back. My best friends never check on me to see why I am not there anymore. Even relatives like Aunts and In laws don't seem to notice when we don't talk for months at a time. They say that you have to learn to enjoy you own company, well "throw aways" are great at it, and then the world thinks they are strange. We are not strange, think of it as a survival tool. You can sit around and feel sorry for yourself or you can be content with being alone. When you can't handle being content with yourself that's when the demons start taking over your mind and suggesting "a dark train ride". After all no one will miss you, except maybe your pet. Hang in there, the demons are worse at night, when the sun comes up they run and hide.
